Max wants a car that can always win. There are always performance clauses, and if we cannot deliver that, it will be difficult [to retain Verstappen]," Marko told ServusTV, although he added that it's very early in the current season since, "It is only the second race." I see, it's too early, it's only the second race. It is also only the second race for Lawson, but definitely not too early to badmouth him and show him the door. I never stop marvelling at the garouloity of Marko and the heavy handedness of both him and Horner towards the drivers they pick and promote. Could that, actually, be their strategy: keep the revolving door running on the second driver and continue pandering to Max. But Max is too much of a man and is starting to tire of it.25-03-2025 13:12

Lawson hits back at McLaren CEO Brown: 'I don't care what he says' Nonsense! Of course he cares. (Un)fortunately, chickens are coming home to roost. The old faart Marko bad mouths other teams' drivers, so Brown, whom I dislike as much as Marko, pays them back. One thing can be safely said: F1 sport is anything but sporting!20-03-2025 11:19

How good does it feel to lead the pack? A pragmatic Norris answers during the post race conference: "It's great. Doesn't mean anything. I've not won it [the championship], so, I don't really care at the minute." Hogwash! To win a championship, and Norris does want to win it, one has to start being on top at some point. Being the first on top is an advantage of 7 points. He could have said a number of things about being the first after the first race. But to say that it means nothing and that he doesn't care is plainly a nonsense. I knew there must be a reason why I don't like the guy. Arrogance masquerading as modesty does put the people off.19-03-2025 00:13

Marko comments on 'pessimistic' Verstappen: 'Glass is always half-empty' No, not always. Sometimes it's a matter of "who drunk my faaching water!?"13-03-2025 18:33

What a trashy article, and even trashier arguments. Lawson, who I hope fails spectacularly (for the simple reason that his seat should have gone to Tsunoda), is supposed to be better than anybody else on the grid, except, of course, Verstappen. So, what do these people think? Their reasoning is: -Max is untouchable, in the class of his own -Strong competitors like Charles, Lewis, Lando, Oscar, will be gentlemen. They will trail Max by enough margin to allow Lawson to find a comfortable spot for himself, slower than Max but faster than anyone else. And you call this a competitive sport?13-03-2025 00:41

"Lewis gets himself up front in a way where you can dislike him." See his full rant here. So, I took you up on the offer and saw "his full rant." Yes, Bernie has opinions! And you don't? Oh yes, of course, I forget, his views are all nonsense. But you, naturally, any view you hold should be written in Gothic letters, and, while the ink is still wet, be dusted with the gold dust. Come off it! I used to be here several times a day. I now visit twice a month and am coming to a conclusion I'm wasting my time.10-02-2025 02:30

You tell him Luke! What does the 94 years old goat know? What matters is your eyes. He's just an old Bernie Ecclestone. And those come by dime a dozen. But you, of course, you are Luke, the Cool Hand Luke. There Bernie, take that!11-02-2025 02:09

Yeeessss! The "lifelong dream" of Kvyat, Ricciardo, Albon, Gasley turned into a nightmare. But they were smart, except perhaps for Ricciardo, not to wear their emotions on the sleeve.19-12-2024 10:52
